Set up your ticket system

This takes about 2 minutes. You only do this once.

1. Server check

• ✓ PHP 8.1 or newer
• ✓ MySQL support (pdo_mysql)
• ✓ cURL (for WhatsApp)
• ✓ GD (for QR images)
• ✓ mbstring
• ✓ OpenSSL
• ✓ app/ folder is writable
• ✓ uploads/ folder is writable

2. Database

Create these in cPanel → MySQL® Database Wizard, then copy the exact names here (cPanel adds a prefix like yourname_).
